Senses in Motion

In this collection, the artist immerses himself in the complexity of organic patterns and processes, creating large scale paintings that enfold the viewer in an interactive, multi-sensory field. Influenced by the relationship between color and sound and driven by a desire to reproduce the intimate relation between both, Nahas searches here for new sensorial experiences.

« For this collection, I used very fluid acrylic paint which enabled me to create with a concentrated physicality that was entirely organic. 

The emotions were not only conveyed by the brush I held in my hand but also by my entire body, which became engaged in the act of painting like a pianist with his piano. »
